I want to join the team to find aliens,How to find them
This place is not for finding aliens, the Project Seti does that. Here is a link to their website http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/
Also I think you using the word team but meaning Project, a team is a group of people, like friends, all crunching as a group. A Project is a place that lets Teams do their crunching towards a particular goal whether it be Science, Math, Chemistry or even finding Aliens, there are lots of both Teams and Projects. Alot of Boinc Projects can be found here:

The Boinc ones have the word Boinc next to them. To join them just choose them instead of ABC just like you chose ABC. You do not have to stop crunching for ABC to also crunch for another project, your computer can do many projects at the same time and the software Boinc, will figure out how to split your computer time.

As mikey said, we only need units crunched once in a while at the moment, sorry. The front page does note "there will be far fewer workunits available" but I guess I should make it clearer that's still the current status. We are grateful for everyone's contributions when we do make work available.
Any further large-scale work requires an updated client. I'll try and find time to push the next version to public beta soon, although that's been the plan since late January...
Maybe you can remind the 'powers that be' how much FUN it was getting all the research done, where as now it is just 'down time' by comparison. Tell them 'the vacation is over' and it is time to get back to Project work.

is it too difficult for staff/project members to give a simple answer to this thread?
we donate computer time to the project and they cant even be bother to drop 2 lines of text here....

Indeed -- the runtimes of our workunits vary wildly so "despair some more at the credit system" is somewhere near the top of my TODO list at present (and perhaps the biggest obstacle right now, even).
I don't know how your bosses feel but another project with a friendly Admin might help. I know the guy at Collatz is VERY helpful to us users, and I am sure there are many others too that might just get you into an A HA moment on figuring it out.

I managed to break it even more spectacularly for a few minutes there. Sigh.
I've reverted back to the heavily-patched old version of BOINC for now, I'll have to try this again on the beta server. Scheduler should be back online shortly.
It started working yesterday, THANKS!
One other thing to be wary of is how and how many credits are granted, Boinc, the Server version, used to come with a fixed credit number but is adjustable by you. Berkeley is trying to get everyone to go to the 'credit new' system, while most projects like doing it their own way. This is just for your own info, but may be another 'tweak' you will find.
