I'm sorry if some of you feel the need to post in a public fora your dislike for PM's. No malice was meant. We as a team do what we can to invite new people to our message boards for discussion and exchanges of ideas. Sometimes they decide to join us, others just visit for the fun of it. I've heard it mentioned that we are in it for the science. That being true, without the competition between teams, a lot of people would loose interest and the science looses out in the end. Some of us actually enjoy the competition and look forward to it. I know FOR SURE, that our team is not the only one. If you receive a PM inviting you to come check us out and feel that you shouldn't have received it, just hit the delete key. It's not hard. Now back on topic. Anyone else who enjoys the competition or just wants to shoot the breeze in a pleasant environment, come check us out.

So then your responses in this thread, which were also unsolicited, are also spam by your definition. I assume you NEVER PM anyone unless they ask you to, since to do so is spam by your definition. Since I am not familiar with a way to send one PM to multiple people at the same time, I doubt seriously that a PM would/could be considered spam by legal definition.
